Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the final delivery address and added to the total of the order.
Order Tracking
Once an order is placed, a tracking number will be provided via a shipment confirmation email, typically within 5 business days. Customers can contact Customer Service at info@shokbeautyskincare.com if they do not receive this email. Once shipped, tracking information will also be available through the "My RIMAN" account and the Order History section of the RIMAN website.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
After RIMAN has accepted and processed an order, it will make reasonable efforts to ship to the address specified using a chosen carrier. Orders are processed within approximately 2 business days (excluding federal holidays), followed by a delivery time of:
- 5 to 7 business days within the continental U.S.
- Up to 14 business days for deliveries in Canada
Delays
In some cases, additional time may be required for delivery due to carrier handling and routing beyond RIMAN's control. RIMAN is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier but will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all customer orders promptly.
Proof of Delivery and Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon the carrier's confirmation of delivery. If proof of delivery is provided by the carrier, RIMAN is not liable for claims of non-delivery.
Address Changes and Undeliverable Orders
RIMAN reserves the right to cancel any order if the delivery address is changed after the order is placed. If an order is deemed undeliverable by the carrier within or up to 30 days of placement, it will be automatically canceled and refunded.
